Meet The Team

Founder & Leading Therapist
Keely-Shaye boon
Keely-Shaye is a passionate paediatric speech-language therapist, specialising in supporting neurodivergent children and their families.
She has completed further training in introductory sensory integration, DIR®: Floortime, PROMPT, DTTC (Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing), gestalt language processing, and orofacial myofunctional therapy. Drawing on these approaches, Keely works holistically to understand how each child processes and interacts with the world. Her practice is centred on building strong, trusting relationships with families, empowering them to feel confident, informed, and truly supported.

When she’s not running sessions at her practice or out on school visits, Keely is sharing knowledge through parent coaching, webinars, and community engagement—working to create a world where neurodivergent communication is celebrated and supported.

Speech Therapist and Audiologist
Carmen kifouani

Her background in neuro-rehabilitation has equipped her to support children with a wide range of complex needs while working closely with families. With training in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), NDT (Neurodevelopmental Training), Carmen is passionate about empowering each child’s unique way of connecting and engaging with the world and her training in Little Steps allows her to coach and support parents on their journeys with prematurity as their children develop and grow.
